Job Description
• Manage full cycle recruiting for corporate and executive level roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and search strategy
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
• Provide consistent updates and clear communication to stakeholders throughout the search
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner and advisor to the business
• Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity in ATS systems

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for corporate and professional-level roles
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Glendale, WI
• Strong relationship building skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to over communicate search progress, process, and strategy
• Professional presence with executive level stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting executive level searches
• Familiarity with Workday
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with Indeed or similar job boards
