Job Description
· Attend internal (and occasional external) customer meetings
· Build prototype units using hand tools and written instructions
· Receive incoming materials and organize inventory
· Maintain a manual inventory system (spreadsheets)
· Scan and manage supporting documentation
· Pull materials from inventory to support builds
· Perform basic testing on units as required
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the broader team

Required Skills & Experience
· 2-3 years of expereince (internship/co-op + professional role is acceptable)
· Ability to work hands-on onsite (building, inventorying, organizing materials)
· Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
· Strong attention to detail (inventory tracking, documentation, shipping forms, purchase requisitions)
· Proactive communication regarding questions, risks, challenges, and issues
· Comfort using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers)
Ability to follow written work instructions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Engineering degree (any discipline)
· Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience
· Customer-facing or internal stakeholder meeting experience
· Google Workspace experience
· Microsoft Office experience
Prototype build or test experience
