Job Description
A successful IT Procurement Analyst will be focused on contract reviews, working with legacy agreements and reading and understanding, drafting and negotiating changes to legacy agreements ahead of merger and acquisition activity.
They will be looking at license agreements, determining what other businesses within the company are consuming the licenses within contracts and looking at contractual provisions that drive the use of the licenses and how this spreads to affiliates,. Will also look at how the parent company assigns license agreements. Should be able to move deals to and from different businesses, and preserve compliance and how the company operates within these license agreements. Will identify areas that are outside of current compliance standards and bring in fiscal analysis and negotiation to get terms where we need them to be (IT & Software Applications).

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of IT procurement experience, specialization in Software Applications and Software License Agreements preferred
Strong negotiation skills
Familiar with reviewing and optimizing IT contracts
Previous work running IT RFPs and establishing the best sources of supply
Experience working with Mergers & Acquisitions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Microsoft Skills, PowerApps, Salesforce, PTC
