Job Description

Day to Day:
• Support the design and development of electronic hardware (schematics, component selection, layouts)
• Assist with prototype builds, bring-up, debugging, and validation testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Execute design verification and validation testing; document results
• Support sustaining engineering efforts, including component changes and troubleshooting
• Contribute to technical documentation and design reviews

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in hardware or electrical engineering (internships/co-ops count)
• Experience with schematic capture and basic PCB design concepts
• Hands-on lab experience (debugging, testing, using scopes, multimeters, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses
• Exposure to PCB layout tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, etc.)
• Experience supporting products in regulated or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with hardware validation, DVT/PVT testing, or sustaining engineering
• Experience working alongside firmware/software teams
