Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Apple repair technician who has the desire to learn, is reliable, and is excited about the opportunity to work with devices at the cutting edge of mobile computing. This is an entry-level position to kick off your IT career. In this role you will service our K-12 clients with repairing Chromebooks.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Apple and Apple OS, Chromebooks and Chrome OS
• Experience with hardware repair tools and equipment
• Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- technical degree or certification preferred
- A+ and Apple certifications a plus
- Experience using Autotask Professional Services Automation Tool, Service Now or similar system preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills preferred
