Day to Day:
This role focuses on optimizing warehouse operations through Oracle Fusion WMS. Most days involve collaborating with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze workflows, configure and deploy WMS modules, and ensure smooth adoption through training. You’ll also develop reports and dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy and performance, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement WMS improvements
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion WMS modules
• Deliver hands-on training to warehouse users
• Develop reports and dashboards for inventory accuracy and performance metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion WMS or other enterprise-level WMS platforms
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material flow
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and scanning devices
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience with Oracle Fusion beyond WMS modules
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or distribution environments
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
