Insight Global looking for a driven and personable Territory Executive to lead expansion efforts for one of our clients in the Franklin area. As the face of the brand in the region, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing your territory through strategic planning, market development, and long-term relationship building. You’ll engage directly with contractors, job sites, and local businesses through regular visits and on-site consultations, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and connecting them with our top-quality construction supplies and equipment. Success in this role means identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements that deliver real value to both the client and the company. Above all, you’ll provide exceptional customer service—ensuring timely follow-ups, resolving issues with professionalism, and fostering trust and loyalty that lasts.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3+ years experience in sales, account management, or territory development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience cold-calling or cold-knocking
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Basic understanding of construction supplies or willingness to learn
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the construction or industrial supply industry
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software
Existing network of contractors or businesses in the Franklin area
Background in B2B sales or consultative selling
