Job Description
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for helping the company leverage technology to improve our
business systems, software, and processes. The position requires strong technical understanding
of computer systems, training, implementation, best-practices, and technical problem solving.
Maintaining operation of the corporate data center, corporate office, regional offices and
warehouses and remote users. This includes new laptop builds and upgrades, break fix,
peripheral support, keeping accurate asset inventory, assistance with server, network, phone systems and audio-visual equipment. Must maintain network and system documentation, including network diagrams, facility location
diagrams, system specific installation procedures, and procedural documentation as well as documentation of all IT related equipment, inventory management and company assets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience supporting level 2 desktop functions (troubleshooting client devices, PCs, thin clients, printers and other peripherals)
- Previous work experience with system changes, office moves, mass system upgrades, hardware inventory, and lifecycle support
- Understanding of endpoint vulnerability through security related apps (anti-virus, vulnerability scanning, patch management)
- troubleshooting and network support
- Proven work experience in a Windows environment
- Understanding of various desktop and mobile device operating systems such as Windows 10/11, iOS, Android
- Experience in the support of O365 and related Microsoft office products.
- Experience Microsoft SCCM environment.
- Specialized knowledge of warehousing equipment such as but not limited to mobile computers, scanners, industrial printing and thin clients
