Customer Service Representative

Insight Global is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a high-profile agricultural client during their upcoming field day event. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoys interacting with guests.

As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for:
Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival
Providing clear directions to various event locations
Ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for all attendees
Demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency
Basic computer proficiency (for check-in and tracking)

Experience in agriculture-related customer service or liaison roles
