Job Description

Our client is seeking a strong MEP Project Engineer to help support the project team on various small and large projects within the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Market
· You will collaborate with management and stakeholders and keeps them informed on all issues affecting project timeline and budget
Team size will consist of 28 other PE's and PM's
· Responsible for managing change orders, interpretation of plans and specifications, and assimilation of complete submittal packages and other required project documentation information
· Procures equipment and materials and services; and participates in selection and hiring of subcontractor

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of mechanical related experience
This can be a mix of GC and Mechanical subcontractor experience subcontractor experience highly preferred
· In-depth knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as general understanding of system operations.
Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel
Knowledge of BIM and Fabrication
