Job Description
We are seeing a Configuration Lab Technician to focus on the deployment of technology for various clients. This person will be supporting external clients to configure and reimage their devices. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about technology and has experience in imaging, data transfer, documentation, and has worked within IT ticketing services prior.

Required Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of technology or experience as a help desk representative.
- Prior imaging experience creating new profiles for individuals.
- Worked within a ticketing system in the past.
- Comfortable with repetitive work.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Hardware repair knowledge or clearance.
- Experience installing RAM (Random Access Memory) or Hard Drives.
