We are seeking a Configuration Lab Technician to focus on the deployment of technology for various clients in an onsite role in Germantown, WI. This person will be supporting external clients to configure and reimage their devices. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about technology and has experience in imaging, data transfer, documentation, and has worked within IT ticketing services prior.

Basic knowledge of technology or experience as a help desk representative.
Prior imaging experience creating new profiles for individuals.
Worked within a ticketing system in the past.
Comfortable with repetitive work.
Hardware repair knowledge or clearance.
Experience installing RAM (Random Access Memory) or Hard Drives.
A background check and drug screen is required for employment.
Compensation: $17/hr-$19/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
