Execute manufacturing solutions and provides high-quality, cost-effective services that meet customer requirements. Applies process improvement or troubleshooting as needed.
Utilizes appropriate tools for work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of discipline-specific support for Plexus Manufacturing processes, product requirements, and specifications.
Successfully perform responsibilities under supervision, adhering to good manufacturing practices and Plexus' processes. Provides support to production line operators.
Understand equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation relevant to their role.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
