Job Description

Most of the responsibilities for this project coordinator will surround work with the stores. These retail spaces across the country have all of the companies products in the stores and there are 50+ nationally. The PC will work to manage the 1000+ products that need to be ordered, tracked, shipped, delivered, and make sure processes and procedures run efficiently and work on product specific tasks. Provide project management support services the store and showroom construction projects. Primary responsibilities include coordination and administration of purchasing & procurement related to display product, merchandise displays, FF&E, graphics and signage. Additional responsibilities include administrative support as needed by Project Managers. Specific responsibilities include, coordinating all aspects of design and specification needs with project designers and project managers. This is not a design position, however design knowledge is beneficial. They will need to obtain quotes from vendors and contractors and/or estimate costs for the proposed installation or renovation work, as well as get information necessary to complete Pos in the company's tracking system. Will need to proactively track and align with overall project schedules and budgets as set up by the Project Manager. ls for eProcurement and SAP software.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- Excellent computer skills including expertise and proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and preferably MS Project.
- Familiarity with and general knowledge of interior construction projects and industry nomenclature.
- Familiarity with typical construction industry project management standards and processes.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a field related to architecture, engineering, construction or project management, and a minimum 2 years of related work experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience working with data sets, change orders, understanding of RFIs is preferred
- Purchasing or Procurement general familiarity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Ability to acquire skills for eProcurement and SAP software.
