Job Description

This Sr. Engineer will be within the outfitting team supporting a large shipbuilding company delivering designed and built US NAVY vessels. This position requires at least 8 years of experience in maritime outfitting designing or modeling. Responsibilities will include: making and designing outfitting drawing, extracting 2D AutoCAD designs, sending drawings to checkers for checking of drawings, and communicating with team to modify designs. The hourly range for this position is $40-48hr.

Required Skills & Experience

* 10+ years of maritime outfitting design or modeling experience
* 3D Model/design experience in outfitting- ladders, doors, joiner equipment, windows, insulation
* Experience extracting 2D designs
