Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a customer facing Technical Consultant to sit remote for our Jewelry Insurance client. Our customer is planning a significant rollout for their custom app, and we will need a versatile team member who can bridge the gap between technical development and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Interaction: Handle customer calls and texts, providing first-level support and bridging to the backend identity system for issues like login problems.
Technical Support: Assist jewelers with customer issues, escalating back to the jeweler when necessary.
Development Tasks: Engage in backend development tasks when support calls are low.
Flexibility: The candidate should be adaptable, able to switch between customer service and development tasks seamlessly.
Customer-Focused: Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Mid to senior level with at least 5+ years of development experience. Familiarity with multiple technical environments is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Backend: Proficient in .NET and SQL.
Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, able to communicate effectively with non-technical users, and a problem-solving mindset.
