Market Segment Support Specialist

The Market Segment Support Specialist provides strategic account support on a variety of customer inquiries related to; account set up, accounts receivable issues, tagging and tying within the company's procurement system. The Specialist serves as a centralized point of contact and works closely and collaborates with the entire SA Business Management team, National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic and Regional Account Managers (SAMs/RAMs), as well as other departments and support teams.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required



Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. G Suite experience highly desirable (Google Applications) to include; Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides

Packaged Gas, Hardgoods knowledge, to include process and delivery mode highly desirable



Experience in reporting systems such as; SAP, AO/Crystal , PROS , Data Warehouse , Business Warehouse , Power BI
