A client of Insight Global is looking for several hybrid Underwriters Agents to sit in the Milwaukee, WI area to help support internal employees including the sales team and service teams to help determine rates for new customers based off their medical history and measure the medical risk of bringing on a customer for a project until January 2022. The day to day responsibilities will have you navigate through multiple internal applications and systems to research the different information given by the sales and service teams to see where the customer would fall within the plans provided by the client. There is heavy research, data entry, inbound calls and overall customer service needed in this role to be successful for this project. Someone with basic healthcare experience and understands medical terminology would be nice to have but not required for this role. This role will teach new hires from the ground up on the processes with a 6 week paid onsite training and then will go home to work from home full-time. All COVID precautions will be taken to ensure everyone is safe during the onsite training.

-Bachelors degree or insurance-related work experience
-Knowledge of health insurance/ claims
-Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (work, excel, etc.)
-Previous experience with inbound/ outbound calls
-Experience reviewing documents
-Data entry experience to enter data into online systems
-Accessible and efficient Wi-Fi at home
-A private area to work in the home without loud noises in the background
-Technically savvy to work off dual monitors
