Job Description

The International Brand Experience Manager, Showrooms position is a Brand evangelist; a connector, catalyst and thought leader between the Business and internal and external Brand stakeholders. This role will bring the iconic Kohler brands distinctive advantages to life in a consistent and meaningful way to win the shopper, consumer, and customer at various touch points along the consumer journey and path to purchase. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple Omni Channel businesses and different brand experience activations. This position reports into Kohler's international HQ team to the Sr Manager -- International Showrooms and Events.

* Drive excellence in showrooms experiences

* Partner with regions to work through all aspects to open two new KEC locations internationally

* Develop consistent global brand journey approach through all KEC & KSS doors

* Establish brand guidelines for global showrooms

* Partner with regional teams to drive implementation and create consistent feedback loop

* Build process and tools to create synergy and consistencies for regional strategy

* Assist in establishing showroom tiering / formatting

* Build design approach for key product moments within global showrooms -- Drive consistencies among KECs and KSS doors globally.

* Drive stronger synergy between global campaigns, showrooms and events with cross functional partners

* Partner with Lux brands to create implementation of portfolio of brands within all global spaces

* Create design guidelines for showroom displays, including fixture design and VM approach for key categories

* Assist the briefing and implement Scent and Sound strategy across all global KEC

* Support showroom marketing efforts for NPLs

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Business etc)

5+ years of successful retail marketing experience

5+ years of successful visual merchandising experience required.

5+ years of successful design experience

Working Portfolio (Examples will be requested during the interview process)

Experience with Creative System Thinking, Customer Segmentation and Consumer Journey Knowledge, and Visual Merchandising Acumen

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Product design and/or interior design 3D software experience preferred.
