Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business administration, information systems, computer science or related discipline desired or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud building and analyzing email marketing campaigns, inclusive of journey builder, email studio, automation studio, and data extensions.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Systems.
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is required; experience creating email templates and deploying emails for email campaigns
Experience with Salesforce CRM development languages (AMPscript, SQL, Apex Code) is preferred.
Experience creating dynamic and personalized marketing campaigns using AMPscript and SQL expertise, building automation for marketing, analysis, and system maintenance, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for peak performance and data integrity preferred.

Exceptional subject matter expertise in email marketing best practices, experience owning multi-audience email campaigns on a global scale, and extensive experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud required, inclusive of journey builder, email studio, automation studio, and data extensions.
Own the set-up, development, maintenance, and review of recurring and triggered email campaigns using up-to-date best practices
Collaborates with various internal stakeholders and vendor partner to build, test, execute email segmentation, reporting, and set-up of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Partners with vendor, content marketing, marketing operations, and marketing managers (supporting key verticals of North America industries and global mining) to deliver promotional campaign through the email channel. Provides inputs to the overall strategy in relation to:
o Email channel intake
o Campaign activation for email
o Audience segmentation (based on data, analytics, and engagements)
Planning cadence and delivery of email content across the channel
Responsible for day-to-day management and coordination of content distribution across the email channel.
Manage campaign dashboards for email performance; analyze email engagement and provide insights into campaign performance.
Primary responsibilities are owning, managing, and evolving Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the email channel, automating email delivery and demand generation across the customer journey for campaigns. Responsibilities cover North America and global mining.
Strong organizational and presentation skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities, present, and share strategies, working across organizational teams to deliver results.
Excellent technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Active Salesforce Trailhead account used for continuous learning journeys.
