The Director of Global Shared Services (GSS) is responsible for delivering shared service delivery operations (Hire to Retire, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Records to Report) for a global organization. The position collaborates with key stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR functions to deliver expected results across all Joint Accountability Agreements (JAA). The position provides stewardship to assure that KPI/SLAs, quality, operating budgets, and customer satisfactions objectives are achieved. They will be required to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the GSS team to ensure alignment with the organizations HR and Finance objectives. They will also provide visionary leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. They should drive the implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance service delivery and optimize operational efficiency.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field (preference towards Master's Degree)
- 7+ years of experience in information technology, finance, or human resources within a global shared services function
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Technologies
- 2-3+ years of work with SAP S/4 HANA (previously SAP R/3) and/or any work with ERP software that covers all day-to-day processes of an enterprise (order to cash, procure to pay, plan to product, hire to retire, etc).
- Experience working with Business Process Outsourcing and extensive work with third party vendors and entire contract lifecycle (RFP, Implementation, Delivery, Remediation, etc)
- Ability to work within the current instance of SAP and take the new data and thoroughly clone and cleanse data while creating an entirely new instance within SAP S/4
Experience coming from Manufacturing Industry
