Client is loking for a senior level engineer to assist with heavy fabrication and production equipment used for mining. Need to have strong background in mechanical engineering and ability to work with CAD programs and structural systems. Must understand the team dynamic and have the ability to assign collaborative tasks towards greater efforts as needed.

Engineering degree (BSME or similar) minimum, PE preferred
8 years of relevant industry experience (mining, heavy fabrication, gearing/transmission, offroad equipment)
Strong technical aptitude of mechanical and structural systems in relevant industry
Attention to detail, experience with technical drawing reviews (Chief Engineering tasks)
Competency with CAD tools
Strong technical leadership skills / project management
Aspire to or capable of performance leader responsibilities
Willingness to travel approximately 30% - primarily domestic travel (Milwaukee HQ, distributor facilities, key suppliers, customer mine sites)
