This customer service representative will be the lead point of contact for domestic and international distribution channels and end customer phone calls and email inquiries related to Kohler Kitchen and Bath North America. This position requires excellent problem solving, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure timely and accurate internal and external customer service. Responsibilities will include providing world class customer service to Customers while maintaining a positive, problem-solving approach. This temporary position will perform the following responsibilities within stablished policies, procedures and parameters. They will be expected to learn and understand basic Customer Service processes, understand basic order fulfillment and physical distribution network principles, process OS&D (Overages, Shortages and Damages) claims, as well as maintain and clean up order entry logs
Associate degree in related field preferred but not required
