Job Description
This company implemented SailPoint IIQ as their main IAM solution last year -- the team that this person will join is responsible for an enterprise initiative in which they're onboarding a large number of applications onto the platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and skills with Sailpoint Identity IQ including managing application integrations/onboardings, as well as basic knowledge (or professional experience) of programming languages such as Java most ideally, otherwise other common languages/frameworks, to execute the onboarding of different applications and subsequent tasks. This individual will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to problem solve and implement new ideas, and ability to be flexible and work independently on ad hoc technical activities and effectively split time between projects and activities.
This Engineer role will be working with the Global IdAM (Identity and Access Management) team on multiple access control work streams within a global cyber security program. This position will assist the Global IdAM Governance team design and manage the company's global SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments. This position will also provide support to end-to end identity & access management tooling and services, including application integration/onboarding, owning the relationships with suppliers and internal technology service delivery teams. Responsible for ensuring day-to-day services run according to service standards and achieve business objectives, operational requirements for new or changing services are met, and that plans are in place and managed so that services remain current and supportable.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in IAM Engineering roles focused on Sailpoint Identity IQ (IIQ) 8.0+
o Experience more focused on Application Onboarding vs. LCM
- Experience with Java programming preferred, otherwise basic experience in C#/.net or other languages
- Familiarity with databases/development, e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 in this environment
- Familiar with Jira or similar tracking tools
- Great communication abilities, written and verbal command of English
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Strong background in software development, e.g., professional experience, college degree, etc.
- Experienced working with XML or JSON technologies
- PowerShell scripting abilities
- Experienced working in IDEs, e.g., Visual Studio (their environment) or other
- Azure DevOps platform experience
