Job Description

A global mining and construction company is looking to add a Motion Graphics Generalist to the creative marketing team, reporting to the Creative Studio Manager. This individual will be responsible for creating on-brand/creative animation across multiple simultaneous projects. Key responsibilities include:



* Executes animation and design for 2D and 3D requests

* Develops efficiencies for both 2D and 3D pipelines

* Collaborates and works with Animation Supervisor to push creative in areas that will excite internal and external shareholders

* Manage QC process for Animation projects, including 2D and 3D

* Collaborate the creative studio to implement and refine cutting edge creative

* Produce design concepts for a wide variety of applications including corporate materials, advertising, video, digital and social media channels, tradeshows and more.

* Maintain corporate design standards for all projects and help coach others to produce work that meets those standards.

* Coordinate with animators and designers to ensure proper materials and footage are received, and backing up collects as needed

* Support Video team as needed, e.g., create toolkits for lower thirds / infographics, etc., for video team

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, e.g., Art, Graphic Design, etc.

* 2+ years of experience creating 2D/3D graphics

* Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects and Premiere Pro)

* Significant knowledge of design/motion graphics fundamentals, e.g., visual, user experience, interaction, and motion

* Proficient in QC best practices

* Strong organizational skills, able to manage to tight deadlines, communicate, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Advanced knowledge of Blender and/or Cinema 4D
