Our client is an American retail chain across several product categories including outdoors, sporting goods, farming, pet care, hardware, toys, home goods, apparel, pantry items, etc. They rely on their managers and/or individual contributors to work on their projects but are now seeking a dedicated Project Manager to assist with a backlog of projects and tasks that need to get more attention. One of their immediate projects of need revolves around their infrastructure server upgrade, specifically upgrading SCCM. This individual will need to assist in driving the project to completion, providing communication support across their IT Organizations. Next year, they will have two large projects replacing 250 registers at stores and upgrading their website. This individual will need extremely strong organizational and communication skills, have strong abilities to navigate through Excel, and ideally have experience with Jira and Visio.
* 5+ years of project management experience with an infrastructure background
* Experience working on small-medium size projects (i.e. around $5 million in budget)
* Strong experience with Excel -- V-look Ups and Pivot Tables
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences
