Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee pharmacy operations across a multi-specialty healthcare site including OB, Cath Lab, Oncology, ICU, and Skilled Nursing. The role involves leading clinical programs such as P&T and AMS, supporting pharmacist education, and collaborating with the Operations Coordinator on clinical initiatives. The manager will be responsible for policy updates, sterile compounding competency, and preparation for a Joint Commission visit in March 2026. Attendance at WVU sub-committee and eP&T meetings is expected, along with adoption of WVU formulary changes and system-wide initiatives. The site is supported by 15 pharmacists and 23 technicians, with techs handling order filling and IV prep.

1+ years Acute care hospital clinical pharmacy manager experience or clinical pharmacist experience in a hospital acute care setting.
West Virginia Pharmacist licensure required
