Overview:
- Design, develop, and deploy CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Integrate secure and scalable solutions in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet customer requirements.
- Integrate with Microsoft Office products (Azure, Outlook, Power BI, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements.
- Implement secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability using APIs.
- Participate in code and design reviews, and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
- Stay updated with Microsoft technologies and federal compliance.

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Skills: Customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and integrating it with Office 365, Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and MS Teams.
- Security Knowledge: Implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), object-level permissions, and field-level security.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with API integration and data synchronization between CRM and external systems.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience in federal environments, particularly with law enforcement or intelligence agencies.
