Job Description

An employer is looking for a Technical Sourcer to sit remotely. This individual will be supporting one of the largest retailers in the world, specifically supporting their physical stores division. This team is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter who can hire a range of Testing (QA/SDETS), TPMs, BI/Data positions, SDE Managers, and looking for a well versed Recruiter who has experience with placing multiple types Technical roles and/or the willingness to learn. This is a smaller team environment and this individual will be working on a variety of positions vs one skillset. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment with the ability to roll up their sleeves and work hard to source and fill requirements. This individual must be able to create creative Boolean searches from scratch, be able to generate a large passive candidate pool, and demonstrate the aptitude to manage processes and systems effectively. This team is looking for a creative thinker, who can self-audit, pivot, and create new sourcing strategies in order to deliver 1-2 FTE hires a month after their training period. This team is also looking for someone who can execute recruiting strategies, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Minimum Requirements

-2+ years of technical agency or corporate recruiting

-Experience placing any type of technical roles (SDE, BIE, SDET, TPM, etc.)

-Ability to create and perform Boolean searches from scratch

-Prior experience in a full-life cycle, research or pure sourcing role gained within a complex corporate, RPO or agency environment

-Strong passive and creative sourcing strategies

-CTS/ATS experience

-Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, requirements, and client relationships

-Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills

-Ability to place 2+ technical placements a month

-Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

-Bachelors degree obtained
