An employer is looking for a Systems Analyst in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role and will require two days onsite per week in our client's downtown Seattle office. As such, remote candidates will not be considered. You will collaborate with Architects to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Create product roadmaps. Manage day to day operations, configurations and continuous improvement of the applications. Deliver reporting & data visualization solutions. Perform functional solution and design. Articulate systems thinking to various stakeholders. Provides technical oversight and guides teams to resolve technical issues.
4-6 years' of Systems Analyst experience, preferably within a retail technology organization.
Experience supporting Enterprise Architecture and/or Innovation Management software applications such as LEANix, Orbus, Avolution, Hype, QMartkets, Itonics, etc.
2+ years' experience with project management protocols (management of scope, schedule, risks/issues, etc.) within the SDLC.
3+ years' experience w/ systems/application implementation & supporting day to day operations.
5+ years' experience with IT, specifically within enterprise architecture & innovation management tools & systems such as PowerBI and/or other reporting tools.
Proven track record for delivering & supporting complex systems, i.e. designing & architecting, building for scale and testing for performance & quality.
Experience developing and implementing test plans & remediation activities.
