Job Description

Roles and responsibilities include:

* Work with various teams across teams to curate first-party data and research, pull third-party research, and leverage your experience and intuition to develop insights the creative team can use to develop creative campaigns and solutions.

* Stay informed on various market trends that are relevant to our top advertisers

* Become an expert on the various channels within the ecosystem so you can quickly assess customer behavior trends that are relevant to inform and direct solutions

* Work with internal teams to conduct a range of tests and studies (e.g., brand-lift study)

* Work with the team to conduct reviews of unsuccessful proposals to identify opportunities to improve our pitches and increase win rate

* Work with the account team to conduct post-campaign reports and analyses of performance against predetermined brand metrics

* Work closely with Copywriters and other Creative team members to ensure your insights are understood, helps inform their work, and unblock their creative process

* Identify reporting opportunities using non-first-party data sources, including social media

* Help develop the story for why clients should feel compelled to work with us by helping them understand how they can benefit from our customer obsession

* Blend quantitative and qualitative approaches to achieve outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

* 8+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, in an advertising or management consulting environment

* Must have experience developing creative strategies, brand strategies, and account planning for digital advertising campaigns

* Fluency in first and third-party data, research, case studies, brand-lift studies, etc.

* Experience working in a matrixed organization and influencing people at all levels

* An ability to develop creative briefs and facilitate discussions with creative teams based around your findings and insights

* Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with an expertise in explaining complex data and analytics in terms non-experts will understand

* An ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams, with internal product teams, and with clients
