Insight Global is seeking an interim Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff for a booming ecommerce marketing platform start-up in Seattle, WA. This is a highly successful and fast paced start-up environment where each individual collaborates and has a hand in all the missions of the company. This individual must be adaptable and able to jump in to help out on a variety of different tasks. He or she will be attending cross functional leadership team meetings, handling scheduling, note taking, and following up on action items. They will also be contributing to brainstorming and pivoting sessions to help establish the direction of product launches and initiatives. Direct work with the CEO and CMO will be involved as well as business or project-based needs pop up, e.g. working with the CMO on a press release. With quite a few company-wide events or product events coming up, some event planning might be required as well.
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience.
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Ability to handle scheduling and note taking.
Organized and flexible in order to tackle different tasks such as: event planning, team brainstorming, and basic product launch support.
- Prior work at a start-up or smaller company.
- Ecommerce, retail, or expertise in the brand-space.
- Event planning experience.
