Desktop Support Technician

A client in the Seattle, WA area is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist. This individual will be assisting this clients' employees with any IT issues that they may have. They will be imaging computers for new hires, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and may supply assistance over the phone. They will work in person at a primary location, but needs require reliable transportation in the case of needing to provide support at near by locations in the Seattle area. - 3+ years of experience in Technical Support

- Experience using SCCM and supporting Windows Servers

- Experience reimaging Windows 10 on Dell laptops

- Experience supporting Active Directory

- Breakfix experience on Dell laptops

- Working experience troubleshooting network and VPN connection

- Experience support supporting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

- Excited about the prospect of working directly with Police Officers & law enforcement

- Software troubleshooting -- generalist work

- Must have car / reliable transportation -- potential work at multiple worksites that cannot be accommodated by public transportation

- Server troubleshooting and patching experience

- Over the phone incident management support -- on call support

- Extensive Windows Server support experience that includes Windows Scripting
