Job Description

An employer is currently searching for a highly motivated Coordinator to work with Supply Chain Business Applications, on a temporary basis. The individual will administer Supply Chain applications for efficient order processing for additional Supply Chain departments including the food, beverage and hotel departments. The position will monitor, on a daily basis, issues with CrunchTime! and processing of orders between the application and vendor portal. The position will also support ship and shore users with application issues. This person will communicate and resolve with Supply Chain support group any system problems and issues as well as work with IT and Supply Chain team to identify and research discrepancies and potential solutions. This person will coordinate with PC IT and application provider the implementation of required fixes, patches, and updates for system. They will review and resolve Supply Chain and inventory system issues. Additionally, they will oversee processes and data of inventory transaction processing of company owned materials owned shipboard and maintained in system. This person will also work on any other projects that may be assigned by Department Management from time to time.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands on experience with Crunchtime!, the restaurant management solution. Completing tickets ~20/day , helping user issues, creating new skews
- 2-3 years of experience in application support and database management.
- Food, beverage, or hotel industry experience
- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of Excel, SQL systems, Oracle EBS and network systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with vendors, ship personnel, employees, other departments, and management.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- University Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or relevant experience.
