Job Description

-Data Analysis: Utilize Dayforce to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and data, including employee engagement, turnover rates, training effectiveness, performance management, and other relevant workforce metrics.

-HR Process Evaluation: Assess current HR processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement, focusing on key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

-Reporting and Visualization: Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations using Dayforce and other tools to present HR data in a clear and meaningful manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

-Identify Trends and Patterns: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to identify potential issues, risks, or areas of improvement within the HR department.

-Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR leaders, managers, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.

-Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the HR department, leveraging the capabilities of Dayforce to streamline workflows and enhance the overall HR experience.

-Solution Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other business units, to implement recommended solutions and monitor their effectiveness.

-Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements related to HR analytics, Dayforce functionality, and HR technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably with expertise in HR analytics and Dayforce.

- In-depth understanding of HR processes, workflows, and best practices within an organization.

- Proficient in working with Dayforce or similar HR management systems and data analysis tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication abilities to effectively present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in implementing process improvements is a plus.
