Job Description
An employer is looking for a UX Researcher to sit remotely. They will be responsible for delivering actionable research findings to their counterparts on time and with quality, communicating, defending and building consensus around their research and how it informs design, as well as documenting and presenting. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, designers, and engineers to drive customer feedback and research findings into future iterations of the product. In this role you will be expected to employ some research methodologies including moderated and unmoderated usability studies, interviews and surveys. Some of your responsibilities are delivering actionable research findings to your counterparts on time and with quality, communicate, defend, and build consensus around your research and how it informs design, document and present recommendations and point of view based on research and analysis as well as working with the supervising Usability Engineer or Manager in identifying and addressing critical usability issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Portfolio or ideally PowerPoint to showcase experience
Comfortable, curious and enthusiastic aboutrunning UX research program for Enterprise Cloud Computing products
Capable of pursuing projects from start to finish with minimal guidance; self-starter
Record of having an impactusing qualitative and quantitative research in a professional workplace context working in a team
Demonstrated ability to synthetize disparate data and insights about a complex domain into a coherent story that convinces both the minds and hearts of the product teams to take appropriate action
Abilityto think creatively and critically about human interaction and product designproblems and opportunities.Embraces the challenge of having to quickly ramp up on new product areas in Cloud Computing
Works well with peers; having a "we" vs "me" mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Skilled with research platforms (UserZoom, Respondent, Qualtrics, Green Room, etc)
Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Fig Jam)Experience with Azure portal, CLI, and API
Experience with Kusto Query Language
