Summary:
The main function of a lab engineer is to develop tools to drive innovation into the organization. The typical lab engineer will work with lab managers to determine which functions of the business could be innovated and to utlizae software and hardware tools in order to carry that out.
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have the following qualifications
Lab Experience
Ability to generate Cell Pack Validation Data.
Clear understanding of battery testing
Familiarity with Maccor Cyclers
Familiar with Maccor scripts
Lab processes
Able to standardize lab processes for battery cell and pack module validation across various programs
IQC
Thickness Measurements
Device tracking/Inventory
Recycling of IP waste
Able to produce battery cell and pack reporting status updates and final reports for each build P0 P1 EVTx
Good skill to have but not a requirements
