Job Description
We are seeking a Vehicle Calibration Engineer to support calibration, integration, and verification activities across its heavy-duty and medium-duty truck platforms. This individual will focus on vehicle-level features such as cruise control, speed limiters, warnings, and other software-controlled functions across both internal combustion and battery electric vehicle programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with vehicle integration, automotive communication protocols, software validation, and in-vehicle testing. This role works closely with controls, software, and validation engineering teams to ensure high-quality software releases and vehicle performance.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of vehicle development, integration, or testing experience
Vehicle calibration, system integration, or vehicle testing experience
Experience with ATI Vision, Vector CANape, or similar data acquisition tools
Knowledge of vehicle/powertrain management systems
Experience with automotive communication protocols (J1939, CAN, UDS, XCP, Ethernet, LIN)
Experience integrating software with vehicle systems and hardware
Test plan development, validation, and defect tracking experience
Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
BS degree in Engineering or related technical field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of diesel and electric vehicle powertrains
Python, C++, or MATLAB scripting experience
Functional Safety (ISO 26262) or SOTIF (ISO 21448) knowledge
ISTQB certification
Master's degree in Engineering or related field
