Job Description
Our client is hiring for a high-volume talent acquisition sourcer who will be responsible for maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified HR candidates for critical roles. This sourcing recruiter will manage approximately 25 active requisitions at any given time, focusing on applicant review, candidate engagement, and partnership with recruiting business partners and hiring managers. Target hires per month will be between 8-10.

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of sourcing or full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
-Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting KPIs
-Strong sourcing toolkit across platforms and strong Boolean search
-Experience with passive candidate outreach.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to thrive in a metrics driven environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous experience hiring for HR skillsets
-Previous experience supporting hiring for fulfillment or distribution centers
