Job Description
The UKG Consultant will partner directly with the organization's existing UKG analyst to support and enhance the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform. This person will function as a true partner rather than a specialist focused on only one module. They will split ownership of production support, system enhancements, configuration, troubleshooting, and upcoming project initiatives while helping create coverage for the UKG environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support UKG Pro WFM production environment
Troubleshoot timecards, scheduling, payroll, and workforce management issues
Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions
Configure and maintain UKG modules
Support break/fix requests and day-to-day operational issues
Participate in testing, regression testing, and UAT efforts
Gather requirements and document technical solutions
Support upcoming scheduling and workforce planning initiatives
Assist with UKG integrations and API-based data extraction
Create reports and data feeds for business stakeholders
Work alongside IT, Payroll, HR, and Operations teams
Support ongoing optimization initiatives and process improvements
Help maintain coverage for UKG support when team members are away

Advanced Scheduler initiatives
Workday integration efforts
UKG optimization projects
Data extraction and reporting enhancements
Genetec badge system integration improvements

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) experience
Experience supporting multiple UKG WFM modules including Advanced Scheduler, Timekeeping, Accruals, Analytics, and Workforce Planner
Strong UKG configuration experience and ability to perform root cause analysis independently
Experience supporting production environments, break/fix issues, and enhancements
Experience performing regression testing and coordinating UAT efforts
Understanding of timecard, scheduling, payroll, and workforce management workflows
Strong data extraction experience (beyond data views and reports)
Experience building APIs and interfaces within UKG
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Boomi certified
Genetec/security badging integration experience
Workday/UKG integration experience
