Job Description
We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support process improvement and technology evaluation initiatives. Working alongside a Process Analyst, this individual will help departments identify business needs, define future-state requirements, and evaluate technology solutions that support organizational goals. The initial phase of work will be around collecting requirements and information for evaluating various Procurement technology, which is anticipated to begin implementation by end of the year. The ideal candidate has experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management, with a background in procurement, finance, contract management, or enterprise systems. This person should be comfortable navigating complex business processes, facilitating discussions across departments, and translating business needs into actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Process Improvement Analyst.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience supporting process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with procurement systems or contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
Background in procurement, purchasing, finance, or contract management.
Experience supporting technology selection, vendor evaluations, or RFP processes.
Public sector or local government experience.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
