Job Description
Seeking an instructional design professional who is highly detail-oriented and enjoys both building learning content and testing it for quality and accuracy. This individual should understand how adults learn, be comfortable working independently, and have a strong eye for identifying content, functionality, and learner-experience issues before trainings go live.
Priority Skills: Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, Adult Learning Theory, QA Testing, Attention to Detail, Content Accuracy, Learning Content Development.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Adult Learning, or related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
• Experience creating and updating training content for diverse audiences with varying learning needs
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and e-learning course development
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Ability to identify learning gaps and align training solutions to business needs
• Strong quality assurance mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience performing course functionality testing and validating content accuracy
• Ability to write and edit instructional content, learner guides, and training materials
• Experience partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and review content
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support instructional design and content development
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, Learning & Development, HR, Talent Management, or related field
• Experience with additional e-learning authoring tools (Captivate, etc.)
• Experience with learning program coordination or training administration
• Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
• Hospitality, travel, cruise, or customer service industry experience
• AR/VR experience is a plus
