Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to support a major finance transformation initiative involving the implementation of Anaplan and SAP S/4HANA. This role will serve as a key FP&A and Budgeting representative, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, support system implementation, and ensure successful adoption of new planning and budgeting processes. Following implementation, this individual will help lead the Anaplan Center of Excellence, establishing governance, best practices, user support, and ongoing platform optimization. Additionally, the role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making through advanced financial analysis and executive-level reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Budgeting, or Financial Analysis roles with increasing responsibility
• 2-5 years of hands-on Anaplan Model Building experience
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Experience gathering business requirements and partnering directly with Finance stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
