Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a leading travel and hospitality client. This individual will sit at the center of a highly complex operational and financial ecosystem, working to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. They will partner closely with operations and finance stakeholders to uncover undocumented workflows, translate business logic into system-ready requirements, and support key modernization initiatives. The role combines ambiguity in operational discovery with precision in financial data and system integration, making it ideal for a BA who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex, real-world problems while driving meaningful transformation.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience documenting complex business processes and translating “tribal knowledge” into formal requirements
• Strong Business Analyst skillset bridging operational stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to run discovery sessions and extract requirements from non-documented workflows
• Data fluency (understanding data flow diagrams, integrations, and data quality issues)
• Experience working with legacy/homegrown systems with minimal documentation
• Stakeholder management and facilitation across cross-functional teams
• Experience working under strict delivery deadlines
• SOX compliance or experience working in controlled financial environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with finance systems, journal entries, ERP platforms, and month-end close processes
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, batch processing, file-based data exchange)
• Background in transportation, hospitality, cruise, or travel operations
• Experience with scheduling, routing, or resource allocation systems
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or agile delivery environments
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ADA, DOT, etc.)
