Our client is looking for several strong Hardware Recruiters to join their talent acquisition team. Recruiters in this space will work with candidates from initial outreach through final interview, partnering with a Recruiting Business Partner to ensure alignment with stakeholders and successful closing of candidates. Strong sourcing (both active and passive) strategies will be a necessity in this unique, highly competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years’ experience sourcing candidates for hardware roles in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience sourcing or recruiting for large tech companies such as: Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Netflix or aerospace companies such as: Astra, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, SpaceX, Blue Origin.
-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
