Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep UKG Dimensions (Time & Labor) experience within healthcare to work on PST hours. This person will be leading a UKG Dimensions Time & Labor initiative within a healthcare environment. Daily responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
-Gather and document workforce management requirements and translate them into UKG configuration recommendations.
-Coordinate stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Labor Relations, Nursing Operations, IT, and external vendors.
-Oversee testing, UAT, issue resolution, cutover planning, and go-live support.
-Ensure UKG configurations align with labor policies, union requirements, and regulatory standards.
-Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and executive communications.
-Support integrations between UKG Dimensions, Workday, ADP, and related systems.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of Project Management experience leading UKG Dimensions implementations, optimizations, or remediation projects.
-Hands-on expertise with UKG Dimensions Time & Labor, including: Pay Rules, Overtime Calculations, Shift Differentials & Premiums, Meal & Rest Break Rules, Workforce Scheduling, Timekeeping
-Healthcare experience supporting workforce management, staffing, scheduling, payroll, labor compliance, or nursing operations.
-Experience gathering requirements, managing UAT/testing, supporting go-live activities, and driving cross-functional project execution.
-Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, Labor Relations, Operations, IT, and UKG vendors.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting Washington State healthcare organizations.
-Experience with UKG Dimensions integrations involving Workday HCM, ADP, or other payroll systems.
-PMP, PMI-ACP, or related certification.
