Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Etch Technician for one of their top semiconductor clients. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude in the workplace and demonstrate strong technical expertise in equipment maintenance within the Etch functional area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Etch equipment.
- Maintain and repair tools such as AMAT Centura (DPS & MXP), Siconnex, JST Autobench, ULVAC Optima and Lam 4420.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
- Be willing to learn and perform maintenance in other areas of the Fab as needed.
Pay ranges from $35-53/hr based on qualifications and years of experience.
This is a 7-7 night shift on a 3/4 schedule with pay differential.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician.
- Maintenance knowledge specific to Etch processes and equipment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
