Job Description
· Own TPM tool development — Build new features, configure objects, write Apex/Flows, and implement KPI calculations as directed by the Solutions Architect
· Hyperforce & Data Cloud development — Configure and maintain data streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), relationships, calculated insights, and data actions
· KPI Integration — Build and maintain TPM formulas/code and data streams as directed by the Solutions Architect. When new KPIs, metrics, or business requirements arise, implement them within the established architecture
· Product & Account Hierarchy management — Maintain hierarchy resolution logic, external ID patterns, and parent-child relationships according to business requirements
· Debugging & troubleshooting — Investigate and resolve data integration failures, Apex exceptions, Flow errors, governor limit issues, and data quality problems
· API development — Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, JSON payload processing, and API gateway patterns (salesforce side only)
· Documentation — Maintain technical documentation of all integrations, configurations, and custom code
· Testing — Write unit tests (75%+ coverage), perform integration testing, and validate data accuracy across systems
· Performance optimization — Monitor and optimize Apex code, SOQL queries, and data processing for large data volumes
· Work with Solutions Architect — Receive architectural direction, discuss design options, and align on implementation approach
· Coordinate with pipeline team — Work with the data engineering team on inbound/outbound data flows, file formats, and scheduling
· Support business stakeholders — Help category managers and sales teams with data questions, report configuration, and tool usage issues

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce/LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL)
· 2+ years TPM CPG Cloud / Consumer Goods Cloud experience — Familiarity with TPM objects (CGCloud__Promotion__c, Funds, Claims, Templates)
· Salesforce Data Cloud experience — Data streams, DMOs, calculated insights, data actions, identity resolution
· Hyperforce knowledge — Understanding of Hyperforce architecture, Ingestion APIs, data processing patterns
· 5+ years of Integration expertise — REST APIs, JSON processing, External IDs, upsert patterns, bulk API, platform events
· Data modeling — Complex object relationships, hierarchies, junction objects, polymorphic lookups
· Governor limits mastery — Bulkification, @future/Queueable patterns, batch Apex, platform event-driven architecture
Have built full end to end TPM implementations —- for enterprise level businesses.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· SQL and SOQL proficiency — Ability to understand data pipeline queries (Presto/Hive SQL) for troubleshooting data source issues as well as SOQL for searches in salesforce
· JSON/API fluency — Parsing, constructing, and debugging JSON payloads; understanding API contracts
· Version control — Git, code review processes, branching strategies
· Apex Testing and Build — Apex classes and triggers, Unit testing (Apex Test classes), integration testing, data validation techniques
