Insight Global is seeking Endpoint Specialist/Analyst for a top forestry and transportation-focused client. This role is heavily focused on Tier 3 support, centered around managing and troubleshooting mobile device environments used in the field. The ideal candidate will support Android tablet deployments and MDM platforms, working directly with non-technical end users including truck drivers in remote environments. This position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex issues into simple solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable device performance and connectivity while partnering with internal teams to improve systems and support processes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments
• Hands-on experience supporting Android tablets (provisioning, setup, troubleshooting)
• Experience providing Tier 3 support (advanced troubleshooting, escalation handling)
• Experience with Intune, Samsung Knox, or similar MDM platforms
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Ability to support non-technical end users and clearly translate technical issues
• Experience with remote device support and administration
• Exposure to satellite or remote connectivity environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Transportation or supply chain industry experience
• Experience supporting field-based or driver populations
• Experience with Starlink or similar satellite connectivity tools
• Background in training users or creating documentation
• Exposure to data/reporting tools like Power BI or SQL (nice to have, not core)
