Job Title: Aesthetic Patient Coordinator & Surgical Concierge
Location: Bellevue / Eastside Seattle Area
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + incentive opportunities

Job Summary:
A growing, high-end aesthetic surgical practice is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to support a luxury, elective care environment. This individual will be responsible for managing the full patient lifecycle—from initial inquiry through post-operative follow-up—while delivering a polished, concierge-level experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable discussing treatment plans, pricing, and financing options with patients in a professional and consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the end-to-end patient journey, including consultation scheduling, surgical coordination, and post-operative follow-up
Manage provider schedules and maintain an organized surgical calendar to ensure efficient clinic flow
Present treatment plans, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience with strong communication and responsiveness
Support patient education, documentation, and day-to-day office operations
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Assist with in-office procedures, including local anesthesia cases

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in a patient coordination, scheduling, or client-facing healthcare role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards


Preferred Experience:

Background in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, plastics, oral surgery, or concierge medicine
Experience in a private-pay or elective healthcare setting
Experience discussing treatment pricing and financing options with patients
Experience supporting high-expectation clientele in a boutique or luxury environment
